| This product contains Ambroxol hydrochloride, this product has secretomotor with secretolytic effects , it stimulates serous cells of gland of bronchi mucous membranes , this result in reduction of expectoration viscosity by reducing and fragmenting mucopolysaccaride fibers , it also intensifies motion of ciliated epithelium cilia and increasing expectoration transport . it clearly improves breathing and suppresses coughing to some extent . |
| Pharmacodynamics properties |
| It may be happen in few cases mild gastro – intestinal ( epigastric pain , stomach overfill feeling , allergic responses such as skin eruption , uritcaria or angioneurotic edema . |
| Therapeutic indications |
This product is indicated to treat acute and chronic infection of the respiratory tract associated with abnormal secretions such as acute bronchitis , acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis , asthmatic bronchitis , bronchiectasis , bronchial asthma , chronic pneumonia ,and also indicated to treat inflammatory diseases of the rhino pharyngeal like pharyngitis , laryngitis , sinusitis , rhinitis .
and pre and postoperative treatment to remove excessive mucous secretion . |
| Contraindication |
| It is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to Ambroxol hydrochloride ,first trimester of pregnancy , gastro-duodenal ulcer . |

| Caution if there is any problem related to kidney or liver. |
| Pregnancy and lactation |
| safety of this product in pregnancy and lactation has not yet been established, and should be used as doctors prescribe. |
| Drug interactions |
| Do not mix with alkaline solutions. |
| DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION |
This product is recommended to be administered after meal.
- Up to 2 years: 2.5 ml twice daily.
- 2 – 5 years: 2.5 ml three times a day.
- 5 – 12 years: 5 ml two – three times a day.
- adult and children over 12 years : initial treatment 10 ml 3 times daily ( during 2 – 3 days ) and after 5 ml 3 times daily . |
