INDICATIONS |
Dam-Profen is Indicated in The Treatment : 1- Mild To Moderate Pain Such as: Migraine, Headache, Dysmenorrhoea, Dental and Post Operative Pains. 2- Musculoskeletal and Joint Disorders Such as: Osteoarthritis, Spondylitis Rheumatoid Arthritis, Backache, Sprains and Strains .

CONTRA INDICATION |
- Active Peptic Ulceration. - Sensitivity To Aspirin and Other anti-Inflammatory agent.

SIDE EFFECTS |
Rarely: Gastrointestinal Disturbances, Skin Rashes, Bronchospasm, and Leucopenia. |
DRUG INTERACTION |
- Dam-Profen Increases The Plasma Concentrations Of Digoxin, Lithium and Methotrexate. - Dam-Profen Reduced The Effects Of Diuretics . - Care is Required in Those Who are Receiving Cumarin Anticoagulants .

Dam-Profen Should Be Used With Caution in Patients With Asthma, Bleeding Disorder, During Pregnancy and Lactation.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION |
- Children: 20-30 mg / Kg / Day in Daily Doses . - Age 6-12 Months: 150 mg Daily . - Age 1-2 Years: 150-200 mg Daily . - Age 3-7 Years: 300-400 mg Daily . - Age 8-12 Years: 600-800 mg Daily . - To Children Less 30 Kg, Non-Dosage 500 mg Daily .
